As of late, there has been a high increase of international packages going missing and/or arriving damaged.

Packages going missing means A’Lei Beauty has to pay to replace each order and re-ship out.

USPS do not cover A’Lei Beauty loses nor that of the customer and neither will Royal Mail unless using International Tracked, International Signed and International Tracked & Signed services.

As of May 23rd 2021, we will only offer the above services for shipping.
